Get your aviation headset router engraved and infilled black. You can have up to four lines engraved. There is a soft limit of 8 characters per line, including spaces. You'll need to leave the headset with us for at least five hours, paint drying can't be rushed :).

When engraving uneven surfaces we use a nose cone to ensure an even depth of engraving. The tip of the cone is open, and limits the distance the cutting tip can penetrate.
